Holiday Pay Request Form

Please note that if you wish to check your holiday pay balance before completing this request form, please email us at payroll@ps-contracting.co.uk and we can provide you with an updated holiday pay balance. 
 
If you submit a request without knowing your balance and do not have enough to cover your request, a member of the team will email you to advise you of what is available. 
 
Personal Details: 
Please note - monthly workers: If the 22nd happens to fall on a weekend or bank holiday, your holiday pay will be paid to you on the closest working day before the 22nd, in the same manner as your usual payments are made. 
Please note: If you are having all you have currently accrued released along with what you would accrue, this would take your holiday pay balance to zero. 
If you select yes, you will be set to accrue again in your next payment following the release of holiday pay. If you wish to start accruing at a later point, please select no and email as to when you wish to start accruing again.
